Value Delivery                                                              The North America Food Group of JohnsonDiversey recognizes and embraces the need for quantifiable and sustained results. The Value Delivery Program is our “field quality assurance” audit process. By auditing and tracking results of our field expectations, we are assured of exceeding our  customers needs and our commitments to our customers.   The actual audit process is involved and includes many predetermined categories and subsets.  Part of the process also includes discussions with Customer Senior Site Managers.
