JohnsonDiversey maintains focus by integrating our approach through four main areas of need: internal, external, web based and our Customer Training Institute. Read about each below:
Internal:
By focusing our efforts on the JohnsonDiversey organization with respect to continued knowledge and expectations, we are better able to work with and understand our customer needs, at all levels.
External:
By focusing our efforts on our customer needs and expectations for knowledge and world class expertise, we are better able to provide a solid and quality driven training program. This is done on-site (at the customer site) or in one of our Training facilities located throughout North America. Our Customer Training Institute remains one of the most popular and embraced sessions in the Industry.
The Customer Training Institute is an educational program offered by JohnsonDiversey, and its purpose is to increase an individual's knowledge base in sanitation. With recent incidences of pathogenic microorganisms in our food and subsequent recalls, plant sanitation has become a critically important operation. JohnsonDiversey strongly believes in the value of education and knowledge management. At JohnsonDiversey, we feel it is our responsibility to not only provide the best chemicals and systems, but to enable solutions to sanitation problems through education and application of that knowledge. There are several different sessions offered at JohnsonDiversey's Customer Training Institute. The attachments below provide a further explanation of the Customer Training Institute and contain a schedule for upcoming sessions.

Web Based:

Web Based training allows for 24/7 access to pertinent programs and information, supported through JohnsonDiversey global expertise.
