Meet our Training Team:     Dan Helwig is a Product and Performance Consultant with over 25 years of experience. He focuses on the training of distributor sales teams, Building Service Contractors and Healthcare customers across North America. In addition, Dan has contributed several articles to industry publications.         Tim Short is a Product and Performance Consultant with over 25 years of experience. He focuses on training and developing the JohnsonDiversey sales force and their managers as well as working with customers in the Education and Healthcare sectors. In addition, Tim is fluent in Spanish and has trained and worked in Latin America.         Monti Becker is a Senior Technical Consultant and Application Specialist with over 35 years of experience. He specializes in the areas of floor care, housekeeping, Food Safety and Sanitation. In addition, Monti conducts end-user store training, food safety audits, and field troubleshooting in North America and Mexico.         Brenda Becker is a Senior Field Application Specialist with over 30 years of experience. She provides product and systems application support for end-users, distributor sales and the JohnsonDiversey sales force. In addition, Brenda conducts field-based training and supports the sales and customer training schools.         Chris Warner is a Field Application Expert and Consultant with over 11 years of experience. He specializes in the performance and methodology of floor care substrates and carpet care. Chris has contributed several articles to industry publications and provides support to the   Jim Verwey is a Field Application Expert and Consultant with over 11 years of experience. He provides both end-user and sales support for our institutional businesses, including floor care, housekeeping, laundry and ware washing. In addition, Jim also provides support to the sales and customer training schools.     Laura Swidorski is working as a consultant and has supported the Butcher’s brand for over 10 years. She focuses on the training of Butcher’s District Managers, Distributors and Sales Managers. Currently, Laura is living in Chicago and is pursuing an advanced degree in Training and Development.
