With PlantSURE all your hygiene data is available in one place –
· The system builds up a technical library of site standards and specifications including links to hygiene schedules and product information sheets.
· A reporting tool which will also generate each day a list of OPC tasks due at user defined time intervals, including:
- What processing plant, equipment or area is to be cleaned
- When it is due to be cleaned (when is was last cleaned)
- How it is cleaned
- Who carried out the clean
- When is was cleaned
- When it was inspected and by who
- Micro results and who tested them
· An inter-active Fault & Problem report permits all plant/equipment failures and operational faults to be reported; a remedial action time-line identifies the progress of corrective actions.
· Training records can be stored electronically – detailing all courses members of staff have attended – providing a complete record for audit purposes. A separate Time Prompt advises when personnel should attend various training/re-training seminars.
· The system provides ‘remote’ access so that key personnel can monitor Site Hygiene when off-site.
